Matiullah Hayat is member of the MDF Board of Directors.
He started his practical life in Afghanistan in 2004, as Logistics Officer for UNAMA Election Office Nangarhar Jalalabad, and worked in different positions since 2004 in Operations/Logistics and Procurement administration with UNDP, UNOPS, JEMB and IEC Afghanistan.
He was part of the EU Election Observation Mission 2009-10 and EU Assessment Team 2014 Afghanistan Elections, and supported the EU Audit mission as National Project Coordinator,
He has a BA in English Literature from Peshawar University Pakistan.
He Speaks Pashayee, Pashto, Dari, Urdu and English
