1- Identifying poor families and providing help to them.
2- Identifying families without guardians and helping them in every way possible.
3- Identifying children without guardians and placing them under custody and support.
4- Identifying and supporting women who have been subject of cruelty and oppression.
5- Identifying and helping individuals who have been addicted to drugs and are determined to stop their drug use.

1- All natural persons and legal entities, without consideration of their nationality, religion, faith or race; can be a member of MDF Charitable Foundation.
2- Membership and participation in the foundation’s operations needs to be on volunteer basis which at a designated time in the future, the personnel will receive salaries for their work.
3- None of the natural persons or legal entities that are connected to terrorist groups, cultivation and smuggling of drugs; have the right to be a member of the foundation.

MDF Charitable Foundation will provide its financial requirements through the following sources: 1- Collection of gifts, aid and contributions from natural persons and legal entities that have membership to the foundation. 2- Holding celebrations, seminars, artistic concerts and sports competitions. 3- Re-investing the contributions and collected aid into commercial sectors with quick return in order to create employment for the intended families who are capable of working, and to support and help them.

In order to achieve each of the abovementioned objectives which form the principles of the foundation, systematic and separate practical programs have been designed in two parts:

which by concentrating the efforts of all the foundation members in designated sections of these program, it will move forward.
